BACK 2 BASICS FITNESS ACADEMY is a 5-week outdoor fitness program that offers fitness
instruction, nutritional counseling and motivational training – packed with fun
and energizing activities designed to help you reach your fitness goals.

BACK 2 BASICS FITNESS ACADEMY also offers 4 cycling sessions as a bonus to those
who wish to step up their cross training. These sessions will be held each Saturday
at 6:30a.m. to 7:45 a.m. during the academy located at Green River bike trail. All
levels and all types of bikes welcome! See you at the Green River.

This program is for all types of women and men. You can be in great shape, moderate
level, just beginning, or making your first step towards reaching your fitness goals.
We take and train all levels! You will NOT be left behind at any point. You choose
your activity level and push yourself to your limits! One thing is for sure, after
the 5 weeks is over, you WILL see an improvement overall. Don't get stuck in a gym
paying lots of money and dreading the work-outs. Come outdoors with us for a fraction
of the price and enjoy the fresh air and fun environment!
